This public offer (hereinafter the Offer) is the official proposal of IE Anton E. Kochergin (hereinafter the Provider) to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the User) to enter into a contract on the terms set out below. Payment for access to the service constitutes acceptance of the Offer.
The Provider grants the User temporary paid access to the RentAnalytic web service, which includes short-term rental market analytics, a catalog of listings with profitability calculations, and the disclosure of owner contact details within the plan’s limit.
The cost and terms of access are determined by the current plans on the “Catalog” page. Payment is made through the YooKassa service. A fiscal receipt is issued in accordance with the requirements of 54-FZ. Plan auto-renewal applies only to subscription plans and can be canceled at any time.
Access to the service is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. The validity period and the contact-reveal limit are determined by the selected plan. When the period expires, access to restricted data is terminated automatically.
A refund is possible within 24 hours of payment, provided the User has not revealed any contacts in the catalog. To request a refund, contact info@rentanalytic.ru with the payment details.
The User may use the obtained data for personal business purposes. Sharing access with third parties, scraping or automated collection of the service’s data is prohibited. The User undertakes to comply with the law when using contact data from the catalog.
The Provider undertakes to maintain the service’s operation and the relevance of the data. The Provider may change plans with at least 3 days’ notice. Scheduled maintenance is carried out with prior notice.
The service provides analytical information to support decision-making. The Provider does not guarantee any specific financial result. Profitability calculations are forecasts based on market data at the time of calculation.
The Provider processes the User’s personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The data is used solely to provide the services and is not shared with third parties without the User’s consent.
The calculation algorithms, design and database of the service are the intellectual property of the Provider. Paying for a plan grants the right to use the service, but not to copy, reproduce or create derivative products.
The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure: natural disasters, military action, decisions of government authorities, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
The contract is valid for the paid period. The User may stop using the service at any time. The Provider may terminate the contract unilaterally if the User breaches the terms of the Offer.
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, they are settled in court at the Provider’s location in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Provider may amend the Offer unilaterally. The current version is published on the website. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them. This is a translation for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian-language version of the Offer prevails.
